Light vs. regular Yogurt

Just wondering which is the healthiest light or regular yogurt? Please do not suggest Greek yogurt as I cannot tolerate it.
Also, what about light vs. regular ice cream?
Your impute would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I really don't think you can generalize in that way. It depends on your needs and on the other foods you're eating too.

    Also do consider that not all "light' or "non-light" products are equal. One example, as rarely as I eat mayo I never buy the light versions because all the ones I've seen contain colorants and the only food in which I am prepared to accept food colorants is cake fondant which I eat about once a year :) Somebody else might not be bothered about the artificial colours in food at all but be watching the fat instead, or buying the light version might be the only way certain foods fit into their calories.

    Search for IIFIYM on the forums. Do some reading and thinking and don't expect ready solutions, they usually don't deliver.
