Hello to All

Hi all,

I have been losing weight for a while and have recently started using myfitnesspal at the recommendation from a friend. Being able to record everything is a huge help! I started at 247lbs and just weighed in at 227.6 this morning. I am feeling better and my blood pressure has dropped into normal range. The blood pressure was my motivation for getting started on weight loss, it was lose the weight or go on blood pressure medication. Very happy to say that meds are not in my immediate future!

Out side of that, I work as an HSE Director for a large construction firm, I am working on a Master's Degree and play the banjo and do vocals in a Bluegrass band. (How is that for diverse!) Married 22 years and have 3 kids.
