Chest region! Ladies only!

Hi everyone,
I've got to my goal weight, and am thinking about reducing it by a couple more pounds but I have already lost an inch off my chest and am afraid to lose more weight in case they go any smaller! Has anyone got an experience of this? Do boobs just keep on shirking or do they eventually get to a plateau?
Help!

Sorry - I'm no help. I'd love to lose an inch off my chest! Not being able to fit in to Victoria Secret is such a pain!

However from what I've learned, spot reduction unfortunately isn't possible. If you've got fat on you chest, it will likely reduce along with your stomach, thighs, etc.
  • Yeah I've lost an inch from hips and waist too. I wouldn't mind a couple off hips and one back on chest!

I'm 26lbs from my GW, my boobs have gained 2 cup sizes. My bust has dropped a few inches. I was 44in, now I'm 40in. My under-bust was 40 and now its 32. So since I've lost more inches in the band my cup increased :-( It sucks. I am glad my waist is 12 inches smaller, my hips are 5 inches smaller. So I guess I should be happy about my boobs, but I'm not. They still give me back problems and are just too big!

@kbkeat, before my band size was too big for Victoria secret 40D, they stop at 38. Now I'm a 34DDD, they do carry DDD, but only in a few styles so I feel your pain.

I'd like to keep my boobs too. Even though I am at my all-time-biggest they are still 36 B. I don't think that we'll be able to keep what we have without surgery unfortunately....here I come bra shopping for A cups XD

Your breasts might not have gotten bigger necessarily. How it was explained to me by a bra fitter is that the cup sizes are larger in a larger band size. So a 32E can be the same cup size as 34 DDD. Not that this helps at all. I'm a 32 E / 34 DDD and it sucks not being able to find pretty bras in stores. I've had luck at herroom.com. They're pricey but I shot the clearance. I also bought a bra sizes swimsuit for the first time ever and it was totally worth the splurge. I didn't feel inadequately covered or unsupported despite a summer filled with chasing toddlers at the beach.

To the original poster's question - I just took my measurements yesterday and was disgusted to see that my band size hadn't changed, and most of my other measurements were pretty much the same but I lost another 1/2" in boobs. Sigh. I didn't mind loosing them in the beginning but if I ever make goal I'm not going to have any boobs.
