I am sure others have asked this, but I can't find an answer:
How do you track exercises that are not listed. For example, I do a lot of different exercises at home with BeFit on Youtube and FitnessBlender.com. How the heck do you track those?

I have gotten the best data from my garmin heart rate monitor. MFP has been notoriously over-generous on calories for exercise in my experience.0

do you have an Aldi's? just picked up the neatest little watch (very inexpensive) that tracks almost everything. it allows you to tell it when to start tracking and then stop it when you are done to figure out what each task can get you. and you can set a timer to remind you to drink that hard to drink water0
