help with calories and macros

hi there

looking for some kind person to help me figure out what I should be eating and what my macros should be set at?

I am female - 225lbs, height 5ft 5in, I work as a nurse in a busy cardiology ward, and I will aiming to do the Wii (just dance - because I think I am great at it!) for 40 mins x 4 a week. and I do get sweaty when doing the wii
