best way I know is on the mobile app under nutrition you can select the weekly tab
you can get a bar graph of your intake for the week and how close to your weekly goal you were0 -
It in the Reports tab, between exercise and apps.0

My hospital has a low cost health preventative program. $10 gets my body composition measured and a meeting with a registered dietitian. She will give me an accurate baseline for my BMR and hopefully my TDEE. I personally don't have much faith with gereric charts. My weight loss is going well, but want to be as efficient as possible.
My scheduled appointment is tomorrow.0
