    I'm 5'6 and just over 150 lbs. I lead a low-carb lifestyle, and this WOE is what works best for me. I have hypothyroidism, which makes it very difficult to lose weight. But I've recently started taking supplements to help increase my thyroid function, so hopefully I will start losing again soon!

    Describes me exactly! In my profile picture I am around 155 pounds. I am currently 162 pounds. Looking to get down to 145 pounds. I recently got up to 168 but have already lost 6 pounds in a week and a 1/2! I am on my way there! I do 50 minutes of Cardio 4 days a week on the treadmill and am eating meals high in protein and only about 1200 calories a day. 1500 calories if I work out and burn 300 calories on the treadmill. Stay at your calorie goals and you WILL lose weight. If you go under, it will throw your body off and you will gain as I have in the past. If you go over, you'll maintain or gain :(

    Hi there, I am 5ft 8 (174cm) and started one week ago with 150 lbs.
    Now I have 145.
    I try not to eat too much chocolate, and I go running every day, for 30 min. And I heard it's good to have one "cheating day" per week, where you can eat whatever you like.. Wish you all the best
