Haven't been to the Gym for a while

Hey, so I haven't been to the gym since Monday the 27th of January. last week I was busy with gigs and stuff, so I couldn't carry around gear and also my gym bag, and I sometimes didn't have the time for it. This week I caught the flu.

I plan on going back strict again from next week, but has this been bad for me? I've still been losing weight, but in terms of fitness and strength, am I at a loss because of this?

My routine has been 4 times a week, stretches, then working on weights, and then using the rowing machine until I'm too tired for anymore.

    Meh. That's basically the length of a vacation; people do it all the time. You'll probably notice some minor differences in your abilities that will disappear within the week.
