I don't eat Pork or Beef and cheese together. I really miss my Double Bacon Cheese Burgers...so ic ame up with this. It's really good.


Butterball - Turkey Bacon, 3 slice
Boca - Original Vegan; Meatless Burger, 2 burger
Safeway - Pepper Strips, 3/8 cup
Oroweat - Oroweat Bread - 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread, 1 Slice
Kraft - American Cheese Sandwich Slices, 1 slice
Fresh Express - Iceberg Garden Salad Mix, 0.75 cups
Heinz (Sams Club) - Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp.
Heinz - Ketchup, 1 Tbsp (15ml)
Kraft - A.1. Bold Steak Sauce, 1 Tbsp

Over all it's only 471 cals for a really nice big sandwich.
