    Ha ha ha. I have a rather bony tailbone, without much padding, so sit ups always burn/skin it and then sitting down is painful for a week. Good job we now know there are much more effective ab exercises with no need to lose skin!!

    it is true. i do not like sit-ups. but it was part of the workout at my gym. everyone was doing it! i wanted to be cool too lol
