GNC Total Lean Burn 60 Supplement & CLA Supplement

I just started to use the GNC Total Lean Burn 60 supplement in conjunction with the CLA (regular one). I notice a boost in my energy when I take the Burn 60 right before working out and I do feel I can go longer though a work out. Is the CLA supplement really necessary and does it actually help when used alongside the Burn 60? Just want to make sure that I am not wasting my money. Oh, and does anyone else feel slightly nauseous after taking the CLA when you haven't eaten much?

    Yes to the nausea with the GNC CLA supplement! I just started it two days ago and the first day I felt fine. The second day I felt sick. The only difference was that I took it on an empty stomach the second day.

    I haven't tried the Total Lean Burn because I don't feel that I'm exercising enough to warrant the speed. I took something similar back when I was doing 1.5 hour runs/workouts and it was great. I tried one recently and since I couldn't burn it off it made me feel horrible.
