Progress.....Progress is making small changes and moving forward everyday little by little. Don't expect instant results, it takes time, be consistent, don't cheat and you'll get there. I'm struggling with my diet at the min, luckily walking 20+ miles a week is helping but I can be better and I'm working on that. Can you be better?
If you struggle to say consistent imagine your body is a swimming pool, you swim in this pool every single morning. One night someone comes along and scoops a cup of water from the pool, the next day you would never be able to tell it had gone from the pool. The next night another cup is taken, still, no clue theres is less water in the pool but every single night a cup of water is taken out of this pool and after a few weeks the water line catches your eye. It seems a little lower than before, 2 months pass and you can defiantly tell theres less water there, it becomes obvious and very visible. It can sometimes take months for us to notice a change in our bodies, doesn't mean we aren't doing it wrong, just means we need to stick at it. Be 100% honest with yourself, work at it every day and you will 100% reach your goals!
Keep scooping your cup of water! :drinker:
