I don't know how to post this to community

But I'm having problems syncing MyFitnessPal to my BodyMedia. It recorded my breakfast to BMF and received activity I did, but it just quit at 11am CST. I am not getting any response from MFP on this issue, not even an autoresponder, and when I googled I see that MFP says it's BMF's end, but when I called BMF they say it's on MFP's end. Anyone else having issues here? I really don't have hours on end to record everything......that's the reason I intergrated these two. Please, what can I do?
