An interesting study linking added sugar in the diet to heart disease regardless of other rish factors.

Personally, I've never believed that all carbs are created equal when it comes to good health. But I often see posts on these forums that say carbs are carbs or sugar is sugar regardless of the source. This study does lend weight to the good carb bad carb argument.
