Creamy and Raw but not that fatty salad dressing!

So I just tried this salad dressing and its sooooo good!
Since switching to low fat Ive been really missing something creamy to put on my salads but yes, here it is:

1/4 Avocado
1 zucchini (or in my case scraps from zoodles)
3 soaked sundried tomatoes + a little of the soaking water
1tsp mustard seeds
a few spring onions
1 clove of garlic
1/4 lemon juiced
dash black pepper
I also had dill in my salad which I think also made the flavour of this really work so feel free to add dill

Blend Everything till creamy (or chunkyish depending how you like it) and Enjoy!
This made enough for one of my salad servings but will probably be enough for 3 peoples "normal" salads :D

162 calories (my avocado was quite big) 18g carbs, 9g fat, 6g protein and very very filling!
