Could do with some motivation and tips!

I have just started trying to lose weight again!!! I try and fail every few months. How do you all stay motivated?
A couple of years ago I lost 28lbs when I started taking phentermine and was so happy in my skin and then I met my boyfriend and he worried about the side affects so I stopped then broke my leg and piled on the pounds. Since then I have tried to lose it again but have little faith in myself and can feel so motivated in the morning and then not give a damn by evening. Then I eat.
I want to lose 28lbs again!
Anyone need more friends on here add me. I like hearing and seeing other peoples results and that might help me.

Im right there with ya friend
I lose 15lbs, get excited about my progress, then start slipping, before you know it, Im back up 15 lbs, lol
Luckily I have a weight limit I refuse to go over, so I never let myself exceed that. I just wish I never put the weight back on over and over. This time, I am determined to get it right
My motiviation? Well, I am going to Hawaii in June. I dont picture myself on the beach, no, I picture myself surfing, being active. Running on the beach with an athletic and toned body. Kind of like the girls from the movie Blue Crush with Kate Bosworth. That is honestly the picture I have in my mind when I want to start slacking off. I love being outdoors just would like a fit body to make my activities more enjoyable0 -
Holidays are a good motivation but my Will power is virtually non existent. I'm really going to try this time aswell so keep me updated on your progress. Feel free to send me motivation

Reading between the lines of your post and your profile, I'm wondering how you approach "dieting"? Just how restrictive are you? The key to success is creating a lifestyle that you can actually live with, permanently. Make small, sustainable changes. Don't cut calories too low, eat food you enjoy, get some activity that you enjoy. If whatever you're doing to lose weight is not the kind of lifestyle that you can live with, it's not going to last. Get that part right, and you don't have to rely on feeling motivated all the time.

I try to focus on the healthy lifestyle, rather than the results on the scale. I set goals for eating plenty of veggies and doing real push ups, rather than lose x pounds.0

Motivation is a HUGE problem for me. For some reason, it is extremely hard for me to lose weight. Right now I am using FitBit and My Fitness Pal. I stay under my calorie goals and workout at least 30 min a day. After 30 days I've lost 3lbs, yeah only 3lbs. Started at 178 and weighed in today at 175. So staying motivated is so incredibly hard, I go through bouts of this and then just give up.
I feel like this time is different though. Like I am going to stick with it because I am finally doing it for me and no one else. I think that is one of the keys, you have to want it for you.
