Level 1 was hard but more so in the first few days when legs were jelly like..
Level 2 was really tough but achievable, by the end i could comfortably do all the moves & keep up with Natalie in most of them & felt great after
Level 3 - gaaaawd...... have i just forgotten how hard each level is at the start.. it's so haaard, not in a cardio way, more in a strength way.. those planks with weights and leg raises... argh.. rock star jumps.. i actually hated JM tonight! don't feel i did it justice tonight as was getting to know the moves (& hate them)
