A friend has a birthday next week and has chosen tgi for dinner. I live in the UK, I'm mentioning that as I know from eating at TGI on holidays to the USA that the portions are bigger. Is there even anything healthy on the menu?
I am guessing JD chicken and shrimp is an ok bet but does anyone know if the calorie info on MFP is a) accurate and if it factors in the veg and potato coz it just says 1 piece chicken and 6 shrimp. My go to tgi meal is chicken finger BLT, it's SOOO good but not healthy in the slightest lol
