Looking to tone up!

Hi Everyone!

I'm looking for exercises to tone by body. Not so focused on weight loss as I am building some muscle and finding peace of mind through a good workout.

Does anyone have suggestions? Regimens or equipment.

    I am aiming for the same . I started pilates and yoga (suryanamaskar) evry day. Have not done it past 5 days. Will get back to it from tomorrow. Hope to get good results with it.
    Lifting some weigths and strength training will help too.
  • Thanks for the advice! I definitely want to go further with yoga and maybe some tai chi, although that seems more focused towards mental strength as well. (I'm sure it's physical too!)
