    Going to see how I can try to make it only ONE rest day..
    Three is too many hahaha. Then I have to cram all my workouts into the other days and feel like I'm dying!!!

    Active rest, I like that. I walk on rest day. I figure it's better than nothing!

    *kitten* rest days....I thought about taking a rest day today and my body decided to change into shorts and tank and go running before I even had a chance to mentally process it.
