Lately when I have been working out at home (doing cardio like HIIT videos or any cardio video) (not running) ,The next day, I think its my Tibia bones on both legs, are sooo sore and feels bruised if anything touches them ( I think its my tibia from the diagrams I looked at) (front to the inside of my shin). Its extremely painful and I don't know if its maybe the way I'm doing the moves or if my feet are not landing right when I am working out and jumping around? I also do not wear shoes when I'm working out in my house unless I'm running and I was wondering if that could be the reason. Is this an injury that anyone else has?

Probably "shin splints". This explains it:

Skin splints and yes, you need to wear good supportive shoes even when working out at home.0
