Figuring out activity level?

How do you measure your activity level? I don't know if I have mine correct. I am 29 years old, 5'3 and I weigh 145. I am not working at the moment, I'm on maternity leave so I am home most days. I have been exercising 5-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes each time. I usually do cardio or ab work out videos burning from 300-500 calories. My baby is almost 10 months old so I am taking care and playing with her during the day. I usually do around 30 min of cleaning around the house. Other than that I'm not too active.

I feel like I'm not losing weight so I don't know if I'm eating enough. I'm not sure if I should be sedentary or light for activity. For sedentary my calorie goal is 1690 and lightly active should be 1900. Right now I have been keeping my calorie intake around 1690. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try to record food in and calories spent as accurately as you can. You can calculate calories spent using your heart rate and time/weight/height.

I have the polar FT4 HRM that I use while exercising and I log my food on here everyday. I'm just not sure how much I should be eating based on my activity level. At sedentary it says I should have an intake of 1690 and lightly active 1900 calories. I know it's not good to have too much of a deficit. If I'm only eating 1690 and burning around 500 most days, I want to make sure I'm not supposed to be eating the 1900 that it says I should intake for lightly active. I'm just not sure if I'm sedentary or lightly active.
