Need daily menu help

Hello,

Just joined and only on day 2 here but finding it hard to a) put in everything I eat and find it and add it.
B) figure out my daily menu plan so I stay within my range of 1200 calories a day. Yesterday I went over by 400 calories, today I'm under by 600 (I exercised). I get a warning that says I'm eating too few calories, etc.

Anyone have a place they go to find a balanced menu plan for ideas. I think it would help me a lot to be able to pick and chose and set up a meal plan for the day, etc then just trying to figure it all out last minute.

I don't care for too much meat either and don't do soy too often. I think HB egg whites are my friend and twice a month fish and some organic lunch meat like turkey here and there. I do like beans though.

Thank you, I'm really serious about this this time around. I have to lose 20 lbs now and then attempt another 20 then another 10 :).. I think breaking it down seems much easier than just saying 50 lbs!!
