Not seeing any changes

I've already lost 10 pounds from my beginning weight but I have not seen any physical changes on me. I do cardio 30- 45 minutes and strength training for an hour each day mon-fri and Ive been keeping right at my calorie goal all for almost 4 weeks. Also, my stomach and pooch area actually seem to be getting bigger. Any advice?

    Sometimes it just takes time for changes to occur. I know I havent lost much in my hips, but more of my weight has been lost in my upper body so far.

    Also, you may not think you look different, but other people might notice!

    How are clothes fitting? Are they fitting looser?
