I have been doing this now for a week, and I am starting to get the hang of it, and it is great motivation to keep hitting my macros. I still need some work on those, but I'm on my way i think. I am also starting StrongLifts 5X5. Seems straightforward and no-nonsense. Nice to meet all of you! Oh, I'm 26, male from Ontario, Canada!
