Resistance band purchased ;D

Got myself some resistance bands off eBay. 5 different bands 2 handles.

I've come up with a work out,

It's only back, shoulders ,arms and chest as core and legs will be worked out on cardio days

Workout plan

Monday - work out 1

Tuesday - cardio

Wednesday - workout 2

Thursday. - cardio

Friday - workout 1

Saturday - OFF

Sunday - OFF

WORK OUT 1

CHEST

Chest press
Chest press - incline
Chest press - decline
Chest fly
Chest fly - incline
Chest fly - decline
Push-ups

BICEP AND TRICEP

Biceps curls
Overhand curls
Tricep extensions
Tricep kickbacks
Hammer curls
Wrist rotation curls


WORK OUT 2

SHOULDER BACK LATS

Lat raises
Front raises
Upright front row
Standard row
High row
Reverse fly
Heavy pants
Lawn mowers
Shrugs
Shoulder press


10 reps of each to start off with for a month or two.

    Unless you're only doing one set of each exercise, you're doing too much by a factor of three. Find a decent plan instead of making up your own

    Looks like a lot. Try swapping some of those for compound stuff. Bands are great for assisted chin and pull ups - maybe try those.
