Working out cals in marinated meat

Hi
I'm just coming to the end of my night shift and i'm planning to leave some chicken breast in a marinade all day for when I get up for dinner tonight, but I'm not sure how to work out the cals of the chicken afterwards as the majority of the marinade will get left in the bowl once I remove the chicken.
Any ideas how I can work this out?
Thanks

Weigh the bowl with the marinade. Weigh the chicken. When you take the chicken out weigh the bowl again0
