Hello
I was on Medifast and lost 40lbs but needed to stop and now I am having a hard time losing weight, and I don't want to gain the 40lbs back. Any help out there or tips and ideas??

I was seriopusly considering Medifast (and still am) but the cost is a big issue for me... Here's what I've done.
I went to the medifast site and read all the nutrition labels for all there products.
I found the closest thing I can to their labels. (Shakes I use Premier Nutrition from Costco)
They try to keep you at 800-1000 Calorie's a day and under 85 carbs while keeping your vitamins at 100% daily value. Look for shakes that are high in your daily vitamins and low in carbs. The atkins Day Break bars are the closest I could find to their bars.
But essentially it's eating around 150 calorie meals 5 x a day with good protien and low carbs.
Hope this helps.0
