Getting stronger NSV

At the beginning of January I started doing a DVD which is strength exercises and stretches. When I first started, I could barely manage 5 'girls' press-ups (i.e. on my knees). Last night I did 20 'proper' press-ups - I'm so pleased with myself, I've definitely never been able to do press-ups before!

On the down side, I'm not losing any weight, but I'm starting to develop some good muscle definition somewhere under the layer of flab...
