and polyunsaturated fat: are very good

Saturated is bad. Unsaturated is good. All in moderation though.

there are few issues with the type of fat and fat loss - there are some controversies about health aspects.

Omega-3 polyunsaturated are good, but Omega-6 PU are inflammatory and perhaps should be limited.

The whole thing is a mess because in trying to avoid saturated fat we were moved to polyunsaturates and this may have been an error.

Just about everyone seems to agree that olive oil is OK though.
  • Fir more than a month I was avoiding polyunsaturated and only eat food if it does have saturated with limit ofcource, my MFP giving me around 50 fat total and I eat usually around 10-15

I remember I read some article about saturated come from normal food and polyunsaturated our body can not deal with it and its converted to fat right away

I am all messed up now lol

I did manage losing weight but I need to lose it on healthy way and build muscle not by losing the muscle while i'm on diet ><

    Trans fat is bad.

I'm under the impression the other fats are more about balance than one being better than another. The reason things like Omega 3s are pushed is because they have become out of balance with the 6's and 9's.

I'm personally trying to increase fats from nuts/avocados/etc while decreasing fats from baked goods/etc.

if you are eating in a deficit and getting about 30% of your total intake from fat you will be OK….
