so i feel silly that i bought this but i can only scream at the tv about how much i hate jillian michaels for so long before i need a lil fun in my routine lol, anyways have any of you tried it? looks fun but how effective is it?

    No I haven't seen or heard of it, but honestly who care's - if it gets you up and moving its got to be positive... Goodluck with it and enjoy, what you put into it, you will no doubt get out of it.
