Video shows an interview with Twin brothers, who each took a different diet that cut out one macro nutrient (one cut out sugar completely, one cut out fat completely) and discussed the results they found.

While, yes, significant margin of error as there was no baseline subject- still interesting to see that cutting out all sugars or all fats are not the way to achieve healthy weight loss.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES!!! Balanced diet, exercise- slower results, but healthier results.
