Hi All
Looking for some opinions on my current work out situation.
I am at home right now with a new baby (also have 2 other young children)
I work out at home as the baby is very small and still needs to nurse quite a bit
My problem or shall I say dilemma is that I often get interrupted while working out.
example I will be work through a JM dvd and get through the warm up and maybe one or two circuits when the baby wakes up , some times he will go back to sleep after nursing and I will scoot back downstairs and finish the dvd, other days he is up for awhile and I won't get back to my work out for awhile, sometimes a few hours. Sometimes I have several interruptions. Some days he is happy to be my weight and I squat with him, other days he just needs my undivided attention.
So I guess my question is ..... are all the interruptions messing up all my efforts even if I finish and if I have to stop for awhile should I start over again , do the warm up again ect
Anyone else in the same boat.
Just looking for some general advice or opinions
Thanks for listening

This happens to me all the time! I have 2 kids ( 3yrs and 17 months) at home and it is tough to get them both down to nap at the same time. It's tough because I feel like I lose momentum, but I just try to pick up where I left off whenever I can.0
