A year ago I began eating healthy, eating less, and working out a few times a week. I was not consistent but I kept hopping back on the wagon and was able to lose about 20lbs. I'm 5' 10" and started out at about 205lbs.
5 weeks ago, I got serious. I've been working out 5-6 times per week and really working on portion control and quality of food. Twice a week I do Insanity and 4 times a week I do TRX or something like that (planks, squats, lunges, pushups, situps, etc.) for 45 minutes. In the 5 weeks, I'm definitely noticing more definition, my body shape is changing, and I've lost 5lbs.
Should I be adding more cardio to my routine? I don't want to overtrain or get injured but I'd like to see my fat % drop faster (of course). I've read that after 6 weeks of serious training, I will start to see results and after 12 weeks, other people will start to see my results. Will the next 6 weeks produce more results than what I've seen so far?

What you're doing seems perfectly fine to me. I don't understand the whole TRX thing, but if you dig it that's cool. I wouldn't change a thing really. It seems to be working for you.
