After 6 weeks of tracking my food and exercise I am down 10 pounds, and i feel great. I can't wait for the next 10.

Congrats!!!! I'm anxious to be down to 10, I'm 7 right now. I have to stay focussed and not shovel food in my month like I was starving for a month :-)0
