Low fat nachos / Dorito style crisps & Dip

1 pack Lasagne Sheets
Parchment Paper
Cajun Mix
Mixed Beans
1 x Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon or to taste
Instructions:
Lay out the individual lasagne sheet in boiling water and soak for 5 mins, then take out and lie on the parchment paper and cut into triangles then season to taste I use Cajun but whatever you fancy cook at 190 degrees and keep checking as they can burn if not watched.
For the dip.
1 can of mixed bean drained, add in salt and pepper, lemon juice, garlic clove and cajun spice or fresh chilli and blend up either with mixer or hand blender will do.
And enjoy very low fat doritos for a movie night !!
