I found this cook book at the thrift store a few days ago:
Pillsbury Good for you!: Fast and Healthy Family Favorites
I've tried three recipes out of it so far (chili stuffed baked potatoes, chicken Parmesan italiano, and tomato and cheese pasta skillet); all three have been super fast (20 - 30 minutes start to finish) and delicious. I'm picky and it's hard to find a cook book with so many things that would work for me and calorie counting, so I thought I'd share!
The book is up on Amazon for as low as $2.00 new and less than $1 for used.
