First real workout!

Well today was the first real workout I've had in years and I feel really great about it. I even went out and bought a new scale (something I have avoided my whole life...aka. my arch enemy) And I even went and bought a pedometer to try and make sure I'm walking enough. I really think that I have the mind set to actually achieve my goals this time. Maybe because I know that things have to change and this is a great first step, or maybe because I'm coming up on the dreaded 30 age, I'm not sure. I just have a feeling that this time it's going to work, this time I'm more dedicated, this time I'm ready to put in the effort and hard work to accomplish my weight goal...I hope!

    Way to go!! Keep it up and watch as you start feeling more energy and start seeing the weight come down.
