Fat Free Pineapple Cake
1 package 1 step Angel Food cake
1 can crushed pineapple
Mix these 2 ing. together, and bake in a 9x13 @ 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Top with Light or Fat free cool whip.
If you cut it into 21 pieces, there is about 93 calories per piece, pluce extra for the coolwhip. Refrigerate leftovers.

Where do you find 1 step angel food cake at????0 -
At our grocery stores there is mixes that have 2 packages inside, and one package. You need the box with just one package other wise they don't turn out. I use Betty Crocker Angel Food.0

yummy. I made this years ago. I loved it. (yet i have forgotten all about it).
Thanks for the reminder.
Another good one is chocolate cake mix with a can of pumpkin 15 oz. (not pumpkin pie filling). Or spice cake mix with pumpkin.
I don't remember what it calculates calorie wise. These were recipes from Weight Watchers years ago.0 -

this was my fave treat when following Weight Watchers. I make it in cupcake pans, easier than cutting up into pieces.0

I just made this using a cupcake pan & ended up getting 28 cupcakes. I used a 20oz can of crushed pineapple and added about 1 cup of shredded zucchini to it. They turned out super yummy! They are only 65 calories each which means I will be making a version of strawberry shortcake with them!
Here's the nutritional info per 1:
65 cal
17 carbs
0 fat
1 protien
139 sodium
0 fiber0 -
