Motivation Needed

Hi all. I am asking for some much needed motivation... I've been on the roller coaster of weight loss for the majority of my life. I know why I need to lose weight. I want to lose weight. But I've really had problems over the last few months trying to get myself motivated to get back in the gym. I just need someone to yell at me and tell me 1,000 good reasons why I should get up off my butt, get myself to the gym, and lose weight. Help! :) Thanks everyone!!! I hope I don't sound too crazy lol :)

    I'm in the same boat! I need to do this to keep my self-confidence up so I can have a better relationship with my husband, have more energy to spend quality time with my kids, and to feel great about myself so I can focus on other things in my life instead of how much I dislike the way I look! You can do it! One day at a time!
