Just signed up with my sister. Hoping to lose the last of the baby weight by next summer to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary as a hot mama. Any helpful suggestion on how to fit exercise into your schedule with three kids would be greatly appreciated.

  • I find the best time is to do it before everyone wakes up or after my kids are sleep. If I don't plan for those hours, it is easy for you to get robbed of your time.
  • Hi, glad ur on here! Maybe you could incorporate exercise time for you and the kids??? Keeps everyone occupied at the same time?
