I'm one of those yo-yo MFP'ers, I'll log in and track food and exercise for a month, then I'm gone for six. At one point I was down almost 30lbs and I felt AMAZING!! I have since found all that weight *and then some* and it's time to change for the good.

I have to remember that being healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet, which is my main issue. I'm also one that sees results and thinks it's OK to cheat...then I cheat again....then again....and that's when I stop trying. I'll feel as though I cheated too much and there's no making up for it. Not. True.

I'm worth it. My kids are worth it.

I LOVE Zumba and saw amazing results with it a few years ago. Because of my husbands schedule as well as kids' extracurricular activities (and my own work schedule), going to classes is hard. I have the DVDs, but there is something about the hip-hop music in class that I find more motivating than the music used in the DVDs. So, I went to YouTube.

I found a channel of a woman that became an instructor in the midst of her weight loss, not after. Can I just say how refreshing and MOTIVATING it is to see someone like me teaching and moving like that?

Some may call it cheating, because I'm not leaving my house to shake my butt, however I can feel the burn and feel the fat melting off.

CHEERS TO FEELING FABULOUS!
