I drink quite a bit of alcohol, and at least 40% of it is beer. It hasn’t hurt my muscles, in fact I feel really strong; I lift heavy. I've never had a bad lifting day after a night of drinking beer. I’ve increased the weight for all my lifting as scheduled but I don’t have the definition I would like. I know this is due to my overall high calorie consumption and beer doesn’t help in this area. Not even the sissy light beers because I consume mass quantities to reach my peak.
I guess I can answer your question with yes.
FYI: I've never tried to keep my muscles sober.:smokin:0 -
Yuengling is brewed in Pottsville not Pottstown. It is still the best regardless though0
