I am 56 and the only complaint I have is it is tough for me to do squat positions. Is t25 a good option for us middle-agers?

There are a LOT of squats in T25. I'm only in the Alpha phase right now, but every workout seems to have squats. You could always follow the modifier and just go as low and as fast as you safely can. That's what I do and I still get my heart rate up and work up a good sweat.0
