    I won't speak for anybody else, but I think the process is FUN! I LOVE LOVE LOVE reading other peoples posts as we bounce back and forth off each other having good days and bad. I love logging the food for the accountability aspect, but it seems pretty easy to me. I think that in 30 days I MIGHT have come across 2 or 3 items that I couldn't find in their data base AND the app for my cell phone lets you scan foods that have a bar code!
    MFP ROCKS!!!
