Dessert Help!

Hey guys,
I have a major sweet tooth and find most of my overage comes from sweet snacking in the evening. I know I do it because I am annoyed I can't eat the huge cakes and cookies in the caf here at school, so I'm exploring single serving dessert recipes and low calorie dessert ideas in general (think less than 150). The big catch? I'm allergic to artificial sweeteners and truvia and stevia give me migraines so most the recipes I find online don't work for less than 150 calories when real sugar is substituted.
Any ideas?

Skinnytaste.com....saw she did a box of yellow cake with a can of crushed pineapples witb juice included. Im sure there are others there you can do. I made no bake cookies and she has a recipe on there with real sugar0
