is the calorie goal that MPF provides you with accurate? Or should you still try to stay under the calorie goal? According to MPF I should be losing 1.5lbs a week but I haven't lost a pound in 2 weeks. I'm confused.

It's only as accurate as the info you give it when you enter your stats and goals at setup.
If it's only been two weeks, give it time - your body is adjusting to a new calorie intake and I'm guessing exercise? And new exercise can cause the body to retain water to heal sore muscles.
As far as hitting your goal - yeah, you should be as close as possible, even a bit over won't hurt. And if you're not already, eat back at least a portion of your exercise cals - your daily goal already has you at a deficit, so exercise and burning off more cals creates a much larger deficit, which is not what ya want. Daily NET cals should be at or very near goal.
Good luck!0 -
It's also only as accurate as your weighing, measuring, and recording of your food intake.0
