New and Motivated!

Hi everyone!

I started 2 weeks ago and lost 9.3 lbs in my first two weeks!

Height: 5'3"
Starting Weight: 206 lbs
Current Weight: 196.7
Goal Weight: 140

I finally have my husband on board with me (he needs to lose 100 lbs), but I could use more friends to lose along with me, and maybe some that are already in the maintenance phase.

I'm celebrating small wins, like hitting at least 5,000 steps each day, taking small walks at work to add up extra steps, and today I walked down 7 flights of stairs and ran up 3 flights of stairs!

I'm really proud of my commitment and what I've accomplished so far. As my weight loss starts to slow down, I will probably need more motivation, though.
