Could someone please look at my food diary?

Hi there! I have been logging my food for a few weeks now and have read a lot about eating the MFP recommended 1200 vs. TDEE (?) or eating back your exercise calories, etc. Honestly, it is really confusing to me. Would anyone be willing to have a look at my food diary and give me feedback?
For exercise, I am doing the following:
M - F: 20 minutes on treadmill at 11 min/mile followed by Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred
2-3x/week: 25-30 minute jog outside on my lunch break to get fresh (albeit freezing!) air
1x/week: 60 minute bikram yoga (just started today)
I am 39 years old, female, 5' 7" and currently weigh 164 (goal weight is 135).

with a goal weight of 130 and worksout 5x/week
Your BMR is: 1321 - should not eat less than this
Your TDEE is: 1932 - you can eat as much as this
it is safe to say that you can eat at roughly 1400-1500ish 5-6x/day and still lose weight
then you can eat as much as 1900ish on weekends when going to eat out with family and friends or celebrating a feast.
its up to you if you want to eat back calories but if you are full you are full, save it for the weekend.
you can customize your macros on mfp
carbs = 140 -160
protein = 108 - 130
fats = 59-62
fiber = 27-340 -
