New to weights and dumbbells. HELP!!

Hi everyone! I am having a really hard time trying to lose weight. I have not really had a problem in the past, but I also do not gain often. I have gained 20 lbs, since moving to Florida and trying to lose it. I have tried Insanity, jogging, walking and eating right. Since I have only gained. I have researched this A LOT and have come to the realization the weight training could be what I need for fat loss. I am going to commit to eating a clean diet as well. I am currently 164 lbs, 5'3 and 32 yrs old. My goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, have a tight waste and big booty (lol). I already have a big booty and would love to keep it and lift it as well as tone my entire body. With all that being said I need much advice on at home dumbbell routines. How often should I workout with weights? How many days a week? How many days off in between? I am trying to find/create a schedule that I can follow for 6 to 8 weeks or as long as I need. HELP!!
